For most entrepreneurs, building their business is their passion but constructing a credible, investor-grade business plan is not.
Any investors must assess not only the idea, but execution risk, capital efficiency, and the path to the Return On Investment ROI.
Chronogram provides, through a web-browser, not only the ability to assemble a realistic preliminary time plan, but also to derive a corresponding cash-flow forecast to form the basis of a viable business plan. This gives investors clear visibility into capital deployment, burn profile, task execution, and the relationship between time, spend, and value creation.
Chronogram is an indispensable tool supporting entrepreneurs and investors alike towards success.

During execution, Chronogram's clear planning and tracking mean progress or lack of it can be clearly managed.
Chronogram allows easy time tracking, with just a few mouse clicks, so you can see exactly what happened and everyone can more easily plain their own time towards the project objectives.
Chronogram allows plans to evolve within set limits, allowing the enterprise to adapt to changing conditions or unexpected surprises while keeping stakeholders visually well informed "on the fly". Reviews become natural rather than painful.

With integrated temporal and financial tracking, expected Return On Investment (ROI) and performance are visible throughout the project. Clear tracking allows detailed analysis of successes and failures in a way that directly informs future investment decisions.
Chronogram requires less time than many planning and tracking tools because it is sufficiently integrated and powerful for serious financial analysis based on actual task performance.
